Electronic Program Management Office

JPI provides end-to-end program and project management support to the United States Coast Guard (USCG), which is undergoing one of the most extensive modernization programs in its history. The purpose of this effort is to provide a modern and flexible operational structure that is responsive to needs of the 21^st century. JPI establishes standard, repeatable, project management processes across several USCG directorates and critical modernization programs by leveraging proven tools like Electronic Program Management Office (ePMO), Primavera P6, and the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). In addition to project management support, the JPI Team also performs business process re-engineering, strategic planning, IT management, and systems engineering services that are critical components of the USCG's transformation.
