We wanted to create the opportunity for our employees to take ownership of their own success. Starting as a small business nestled in Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains, our software developers designed targeted and intuitive technology solutions that exceeded our clients’ needs. But we quickly realized that IT solutions do not succeed without effective user engagement, IT integration, change management, and strategic communication.
So JPI grew. We added comprehensive IT integration and Project Management expertise to our service offerings. Our approach of engaging our clients on both a technical and practical level helped us drive improved IT adoption and operations. We saw opportunities to do more with our business and started helping our clients establish themselves as thought leaders, innovators, and sustainability managers in a variety of business environments. We incorporated experts in strategic communications, strategic planning, risk management, and process improvement. We are a holistic, one-stop-shop for enterprise change management and IT integration, equipped with the proven approaches that advance mission success and improve return on investment.
We are JPI. We were founded upon the idea that our collective success is the result of doing right by those for whom we work. We study our clients’ mission and business needs, customize proven management processes and approaches, continually engage stakeholders, and build and implement technologies that help our clients overcome obstacles and thrive. We discover. We develop. We deliver. We improve.
